Job Summary

Partner with the Commercial Process & Automation team to design and improve end-to-end lead-to-cash processes across Amadeus Hospitality. Use Lean principles (value stream mapping, waste reduction, continuous improvement) and Six Sigma methods to drive efficiency, quality, and customer/employee experience. Facilitate workshops, define KPI/SLA-based performance measurement, and identify opportunities for automation and intelligent tooling such as process mining, RPA, and workflow automation.

•Partner with Commercial teams to improve end-to-end lead-to-cash processes for scalability, efficiency, and experience.
•Apply Lean principles to design simpler and more effective processes.
•Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and co-design future-state solutions.
•Identify opportunities for process automation and intelligent tooling aligned with business needs, including generative AI, workflow automation, and process mining.
•Define, monitor, and support KPI and SLA usage to sustain improvements over time.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence, gained through a variety of career paths.
•Experience contributing to or leading multiple improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation with measurable outcomes.
•Practical experience applying Lean methodologies as the primary approach to process improvement.
•Familiarity with commercial systems such as CRM, CPQ, contracting platforms, and service management tools.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
