Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of accounts through review of updated financial statements, proactive monitoring, and periodic deal reviews.
  • •Review, recommend, and document credit decisions, conditions, and modifications, including renewals and modifications.
  • •Partner with Relationship Managers as part of the coverage team and interact with Credit Analysts to perform portfolio management duties.
  • •Assess prospective clients’ viability for credit, define borrowers/guarantors, and determine deal structure, credit terms/conditions, covenants, and collateral valuation.
  • •Communicate directly with clients about credit events, generate commitment letters, perform final risk rating analysis, and help establish investor groups on lender portals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •At least 3 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including financial modeling.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional, client-facing presence.
  • •Ability to partner across deal stakeholders (clients, relationship manager, and credit teams) and solve problems effectively.
