Key Responsibilities

•Partner and collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations remove friction, then build the fix.
•Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla APIs and SDKs to demonstrate AI-assisted development for internal teams.
•Ship work expected to reach real users, including internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your default way of working.
•Share what you build via weekly 30-second lightning-talk demos and bring real examples.

•Genuine passion for building, demonstrated through side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or something you shipped out of curiosity.

•Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions, with focus on how quickly you learn.
•Be a current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
