Perform cytology screening for gynecological and non-gynecological specimens with high diagnostic accuracy. Key Responsibilities

•Perform cytology screening with high diagnostic accuracy for gynecological and non-gynecological specimens.
•Review and verify cytology results in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
•Ensure compliance with DHA and international laboratory accreditation standards (e.g., CAP, ISO15189).
•Participate in quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing programs.
•Collaborate with pathologists and clinical teams, and train/mentor junior technologists when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
•DHA-licensed Cytoscreener or a DHA Eligibility Letter as Cytoscreener.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in cytology, cytoscreening, or anatomic pathology.
•Strong technical skills in cytology specimen preparation, staining, and screening.
•Experience in a JCI/CAP-accredited hospital laboratory is an advantage.
