Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cytology screening with high diagnostic accuracy for gynecological and non-gynecological specimens.
  • •Review and verify cytology results in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with DHA and international laboratory accreditation standards (e.g., CAP, ISO15189).
  • •Participate in quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing programs.
  • •Collaborate with pathologists and clinical teams, and train/mentor junior technologists when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
  • •DHA-licensed Cytoscreener or a DHA Eligibility Letter as Cytoscreener.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in cytology, cytoscreening, or anatomic pathology.
  • •Strong technical skills in cytology specimen preparation, staining, and screening.
  • •Experience in a JCI/CAP-accredited hospital laboratory is an advantage.
