Job Summary

Own long-range infrastructure capacity planning for Netflix’s Open Connect infrastructure, translating demand signals (bandwidth, storage, network) into actionable capacity forecasts and investment recommendations. Conduct what-if and hypothesis analyses to evaluate trade-offs, track utilization to identify bottlenecks, and manage risks for capacity shortages or excesses. Partner with Product & Technology, Finance & Strategy, TPMs, Engineers, and Partnerships to build scalable, resilient capacity roadmaps for studio infrastructure and new product launches.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on data analysis and visualization expertise, with deep proficiency in SQL (Python knowledge is a plus).
•Strong familiarity with or active curiosity about telecommunications, internet ecosystems, and studio infrastructure.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Management Information Systems/Statistics) or equivalent hands-on experience.
