Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute delivery inside your embedded team by aligning priorities and orchestrating work with Product, engineering, and design roles to deliver on time with the right quality.
  • •Surface key dependencies and risks early by diving into PRDs and technical designs and coordinating across involved teams.
  • •Own and drive at least one complex cross-functional program end-to-end spanning Engineering, Product, and leadership.
  • •Influence without authority by challenging the status quo and helping teams optimize how they work as the organization grows.
  • •Contribute to building the TPM function through retrospectives, shaping rituals, and supporting TPM/Engineering hiring and branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or an adjacent role coordinating technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Background in engineering is highly valued; you should be able to read code and challenge technical designs.
  • •Comfort operating in environments where the playbook is still being written and shaping how the function works.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of complex programs that would not have shipped without you, not just facilitating.
  • •Ability to hold substantive discussions about modern AI product building blocks (LLMs, agents, evals, RAG, orchestration) or rapidly get up to speed.
