Job Summary

Frontend-focused software engineer joining Wise’s AML Handling team to build and enhance investigative tooling used by agents. You’ll work across the full stack, embed GenAI-powered features into workflows, improve UX, and strengthen security and data access across case management and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve investigative workflows end-to-end, owning features from back-end data services through to front-end interfaces used by AML agents
•Integrate GenAI capabilities into agent tooling by building pipelines, APIs, and interfaces for reliable and trustworthy AI features
•Drive UX improvements across the investigative suite by reducing repetitive actions and enhancing system integration and data pre-filling
•Build and maintain back-end services powering case management, queues, automation logic, and data flows with reliability and observability
•Contribute to access control/security improvements to ensure agents see only customer data relevant to active cases and help close security vulnerabilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 5,750 - 7,083.33 monthly

•Strong front-end engineering skills and experience building user-facing tooling
•Experience working across the full stack on back-office investigative systems
•Experience integrating GenAI/LLM-powered features into workflows and tooling
•Ability to design and implement reliable, observable back-end services
