Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify cross-selling investment products opportunities.
  • •Leverage wealth management solutions such as bonds, structured products and mutual funds to achieve high-net-worth clients’ financial goals by matching their risk appetite.
  • •Facilitate and implement strategy to uplift sales productivity and expand investment sales business of the high-net-worth segment.
  • •Achieve sales targets by collaborating with Prestige Private CRM and other Customer Relationship Managers to conduct pre-case studies, share sales tactics on investment products and carry out joint-call activities.
  • •Maintain a high standard of customer service and respond positively to customer requests.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or related discipline; CFA/CFP/CFMP would be an advantage
  • •HKIB Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) would be an advantage
  • •Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and meet competency requirements for regulated activities
  • •Proven experience in retail banking with at least 1 year in Investment Consultant role and strong knowledge of investment products
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; fluency in English and Chinese; strong presentation and customer-centric mindset
