Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise organizational design efforts to improve how work is structured, governed, and executed across teams and functions.
  • •Build and embed enterprise change management approaches, including leadership readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainment.
  • •Drive the people side of AI-enabled transformation by helping leaders and teams adopt and sustain new ways of working.
  • •Establish workforce management governance standards, routines, and decision-making frameworks across key stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations.
  • •Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across HR, Operations, Finance, Technology, and business functions.
