Support the planning team by collecting, organizing, updating, and managing operational data used for reports and purchasing activities. Generate weekly reports and track exceptions such as pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations, past due items, DOA, SKU health, invoices, purchase requisitions, and open POs. Assist with supplier visit approval procedures, create Info Records, and help analyze invoice payment resolutions while maintaining 5S and following safety and ISO 14001/45001 awareness training.
