Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive product quality vision and long-term strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on the scalable production of Mobile Data Centers and Power Distribution units.
  • •Team Management: Direct and mentor the Receiving and Production QC inspection teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent application of inspection standards across all shifts.
  • •Quality Systems: Manage and evolve the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS), implementing robust incoming material reviews, CAPA processes, and traceability protocols to enable effective root cause analysis.
  • •Standards & Compliance: Serve as the technical authority for compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements (such as UL 891 and UL 9540); manage the facility’s Calibration Program for all specialized testing equipment and tooling.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to ensure all building products meet technical specifications during volume ramps and resolve systemic process breakdowns or design-to-build conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product quality within a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
  • •2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and development
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • •Advanced understanding of build quality best practices, structural/electrical inspection techniques, and the ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics
  • •Proven experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), performance dashboards, and quality improvement roadmaps
