Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems to support delivery of client services and works.
  • •Monitor overall team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures.
  • •Engage in project risk management to identify risks and drive mitigation activities.
  • •Initiate and conduct weekly technical and progress meetings; lead daily site progress reviews covering HSE, logistics, and programme progress.
  • •Manage design-stage deliverables and contract administration, including timely invoicing and receipt issuance, and produce regular project progress reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of construction experience, ideally with data centre and/or mission critical projects (e.g., Pharma/Life Sciences or Nuclear).
  • •Availability for on-site work.
  • •Experience coordinating numerous sub-contractors.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and analytic skills.
  • •Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while identifying priority activities.
