•Lead, manage and grow our Renewables team for the Ireland region.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction with AECOM's performance.
•Drive project delivery excellence, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high quality results.
•Collaborate with project managers and technical experts to allocate resources effectively and optimize project performance.
•Work with Environment & Energy Client and Sector teams to develop and implement a growth plan aligned to the Strategic Plan.

Key Requirements

•Extensive leadership experience, preferably within the energy consultancy industry.
•Extensive knowledge of the Irish Renewables market.
•Strong track record of driving business development and client relationships.
•Proven ability to develop, grow, lead and motivate diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering) or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
