Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of new clients and projects in the Healthcare sector and direct project teams to deliver those projects.
•Grow client relationships by leveraging WSP’s full suite of offerings across end markets while managing cross-functional coordination.
•Balance business development time with project workload, initially aiming for a 25%/75% split.
•Represent the firm in the Healthcare market through client events and associations to promote pipeline development.
•Collaborate with regional leaders to drive business performance, oversee KPIs, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,200 - 218,570 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering;
•12+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, focusing on Engineering Management, Business Development, and Operations Management;
•Professional Engineering license required;
•Previous Healthcare consulting experience;
•Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in the Healthcare industry.
