•Build infrastructure that orchestrates, evaluates, and runs sub-agents, including channel adapters.
•Develop cutting-edge capabilities such as chaining tool calls across LLMs, deploying browser agents, and building self-improving harnesses.
•Take emerging technology from first principles to production: research, productize, ship to customers, and own through graduation.
•Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship solutions that work in real clinical environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, required.
•Professional software engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
•Strong fullstack skills: Python on the backend and Javascript/React on the frontend.
•Working knowledge of containers and cloud, including Docker and Kubernetes.
•Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production.
