Job Summary

Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients by identifying retention, expansion, and acquisition opportunities. Gather and analyze personal and business financial data to develop client goals and financial plans. Coordinate an extended advisory team, deliver in-person consultative presentations, and use tracking tools to document progress. Meet individual sales goals through referrals and new business growth while supporting community involvement and adhering to KeyBank policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify opportunities to retain, expand, and acquire client relationships and recommend banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
•Coordinate and engage an extended advisory team based on client needs, acting as client advocate/representative.
•Review and analyze personal and business financial data to understand client needs and capture goals in a financial plan.
•Maintain knowledge of the KPB sales process, client experience, and service standards, and follow a disciplined client review process using tracking tools.
•Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding existing relationships, closing referrals, and/or capturing new business growth while preparing and delivering client presentations.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Equivalent experience (required) in addition to a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
•3 years of financial services-related experience (required).
•FINRA licenses: S7 (preferred) and/or S66, S63, and S65 (preferred).
•Excellent client relationship, partnering, and communication skills (written and verbal).
•Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and a knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and credit teams (preferred).
