Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to retain, expand, and acquire client relationships and recommend banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
  • •Coordinate and engage an extended advisory team based on client needs, acting as client advocate/representative.
  • •Review and analyze personal and business financial data to understand client needs and capture goals in a financial plan.
  • •Maintain knowledge of the KPB sales process, client experience, and service standards, and follow a disciplined client review process using tracking tools.
  • •Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding existing relationships, closing referrals, and/or capturing new business growth while preparing and delivering client presentations.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent experience (required) in addition to a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  • •3 years of financial services-related experience (required).
  • •FINRA licenses: S7 (preferred) and/or S66, S63, and S65 (preferred).
  • •Excellent client relationship, partnering, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and a knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and credit teams (preferred).
