Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Regional Program lead to deliver workplace and office projects across UCAN and LATAM, including due diligence, budget development, design & planning, construction, and commissioning.
  • •Interface with local/global workplace teams, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to execute projects.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules with key milestones for design decisions, procurement, fabrication lead times, and field installation.
  • •Support project tollgate reviews and GoMemo processes, ensuring progress through approvals with appropriate documentation and risk identification.
  • •Maintain action trackers and cost dashboards; support monthly CAPEX reporting and forecasting, and provide clear project status updates to leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in design/construction project delivery in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a corporate real estate, tech, or media company.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different geographies.
  • •Ability to read and understand construction drawings, contracts, and lease work letters.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • •Familiarity with cost management, CAPEX tracking, and forecasting; Google Workspace proficiency.
