Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of International Treasury Management onboarding and service initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver on time and aligned with customer needs. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate end-to-end onboarding of International Treasury Management solutions, including SWIFT connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services.
•Serve as the primary client contact for ongoing servicing of Canadian Treasury Management customers, providing proactive support and issue resolution.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams using strong project management practices, maintaining timelines and addressing stakeholder questions and requirements.
•Identify implementation risks, challenges, and service gaps; develop and execute solutions that enhance client satisfaction and minimize disruption.
•Build and maintain deep knowledge of treasury management products and implementation processes through client engagement, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
