Coordinate and manage bids end-to-end—from EOI through tendering, interview preparation, and debriefs—to deliver high-quality, large, complex submissions. Partner with senior stakeholders and SMEs to shape value propositions, messaging, and pursuit themes from early capture planning. Manage multiple bids under tight timelines using strong planning and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring editorial quality, client focus, and consistent alignment with AECOM pursuit standards. Collaborate across teams and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
