Job Summary

Support sales growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for an enterprise automation platform. You will organize enterprise customer data, follow up on contract renewals with distributors and agents, analyze renewal transactions, and mine and categorize industry data within the “White Space” segment. The role also includes screening leads from multiple channels and assisting the sales team with administrative work in sales systems, plus marketing email and proposal support.

•Organize and complete enterprise customer data from internal and external systems.
•Contact contracted clients (including distributors and general agents), follow up on renewal procedures, and maintain relevant records in the system.
•Conduct analytical work related to renewal transactions.
•Mine, categorize, and organize industry and customer data within the White Space customer segment.
•Screen and follow up business leads from official websites, media channels, and service hotlines, and support sales with administrative tasks such as price submission.

Key Requirements

•Fluent Mandarin and English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to leverage AI tools to boost work efficiency.
•Basic knowledge of enterprise application software, business workflows, and operational management.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC).
•Solid business communication experience in B2B enterprise sales scenarios.
