Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable leader for all Supply Chain functions in the Air Dominance & Strike division, delivering production ramps while managing cost.
  • •Lead and scale supply chain teams (strategic sourcing, product sourcing engineering, procurement, and supplier industrialization engineering) with high hiring and performance standards.
  • •Define best-in-breed supply chain processes and ensure smooth hand-offs across supply chain functions.
  • •Engage with engineering early to incorporate supply chain considerations into design to reduce ramp risk.
  • •Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and proactively identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions and market-driven risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with supply chain or production roles for complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • •Experience building processes & teams from early stages to mature operations.
  • •Strong communication skills to brief executives and customers effectively.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
