Job Summary

Repair auto interiors and glass in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers. You’ll fix damaged upholstery materials, consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, and repair windshield and window cracks, scratches, and breaks, including color matching/dying fabric. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment with state-of-the-art tools, with the expectation of mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
•Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying of cloth and fabric.
•Repair windshield/window issues such as stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches.
•Follow production and customer experience expectations, including mandatory overtime when needed.

•3+ years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Be highly skilled in interior repair and glass repair, including upholstery repair and window/windshield damage repair.

•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask).
