Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main liaison between ADEK and Aldar Education for operations as the single point of contact for schools within the cluster.
  • •Lead and oversee operations, administration, and support service teams; implement a service culture, staff deployment, and recruitment.
  • •Advise and support cluster functions and HQ on operational, financial, HSE, and audit & regulatory compliance matters.
  • •Develop and manage budgets/expenditure, pursue cost efficiencies and shared resources across the cluster, and ensure delegation of authority processes are followed.
  • •Drive health, safety, and environmental culture, ensure compliance with legislation and guidelines, and oversee incident management and inspections/audits using the Aldar safety management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject or a graduate-level qualification in the assigned functional area.
  • •5+ years of experience in a senior-level position within an education or service-oriented industry.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic communication skills (written and oral).
  • •Strong supervision and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and execute under pressure.
  • •Certificate in School Business Management/Facilities Management/NEBOSH or IOSH is preferable.
