Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main liaison between ADEK and Aldar Education for operations across the school cluster, distributing and submitting operational communications and initiatives.
  • •Lead operations, administration, and support teams across the cluster(s), ensuring a consistent service culture, efficient staff deployment, and quality standards.
  • •Support cluster leaders and HQ on operational, financial, HSE, and audit/regulatory compliance matters, ensuring effectiveness and compliance.
  • •Oversee strategic objectives through formulation and leadership on aspects of the school business and improvement plans related to operations and support services.
  • •Drive health and safety culture, ensuring cluster compliance, risk-based decision making, and incident management using the AVA system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (BSc) in a business-related subject, or a graduate-level related industry qualification for the assigned functional area.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a senior-level position within an education or service-oriented industry.
  • •Certificate of School Business Management / Facilities Management / NEBOSH or IOSH (preferable).
  • •Fluent English and Arabic communication skills (written and oral).
  • •Strong supervisory, organizational, and commercial acumen skills with the ability to influence people and manage pressure.
