Assistant Manager

Help lead daily operations at a facility in Ava, Missouri—driving store sales and profitability, managing inventory, expenses, and merchandising, and maintaining strong store and yard standards. You’ll support the store manager with P&L accountability, ensure compliance and safety, coordinate receiving and dispatch, and create a superior customer experience. This role also supports operational change initiatives and helps execute the growth strategy through strong internal and external relationships.
