Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Tier 1 (rejections/day prior and final yield vs. objective) and Tier 2 activities as required to identify root causes and propose solutions to eliminate, reduce, or detect recurring problems.
  • •Inspect and report nonconforming material/components identified on the production line via email with supporting evidence, and support segregation/transfer to MNC storage as needed.
  • •Perform FAS activities: inspect current inventory to determine whether issues are isolated or systemic, visit the process/area where defects occurred, identify root causes, and document audit results using company formats.
  • •Maintain MRB/MNC control in MNC storage areas by following MRB process requirements (physical vs. electronic inventory, MNC wait time, organization and handling).
  • •Use calibrated precision measurement instruments to inspect and document critical dimensional and cosmetic characteristics (including visual inspections), support final inspection when required, and comply with safety/quality procedures and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Associate degree and/or completed technical degree, preferably in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry, or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing process and/or quality controls, including technical functions in measurement and inspection using tools such as caliper, micrometer, CMM, optical comparator, spring tester, and foster tester.
  • •Ability to evaluate nonconforming material, collect data, and perform basic analysis of measurement results.
  • •Intermediate English (read and write at an intermediate level).
  • •Knowledge of quality and ISO9001, intermediate statistics, basic calibration, and the ability to plan daily tasks.
