Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as finance lead and business partner to the Lubricants business, including financial management and performance oversight.
  • •Oversee annual P&L and capital budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting delivered to Energy senior management.
  • •Lead financial reporting, dashboards, and financial models to communicate business performance, KPIs, and plan/forecast variances.
  • •Own the Quarterly Financial Review (QFR) process and communicate monthly variances through reporting packages and presentations.
  • •Drive advanced financial analysis and actionable insights to support growth, efficiency, margin improvement, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools including SAC and Power BI.
  • •Advanced experience with SAP including Cloud Planning and/or JDE.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
