Key Responsibilities

  • •Own portfolio P&L and deliver each program’s business case against technical, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
  • •Manage portfolio financials and performance using EAC integrity, Earned Value Management (CPI/SPI), cost/billing/revenue conversion, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • •Establish program direction and standards, run governance cadences (PMRs and PROLaunch gate reviews), and champion Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership.
  • •Own portfolio risk & opportunity management with quantified registers, mitigation plans, and escalation of impacts.
  • •Build and lead the Program Management team and advance program management capability, digital tools, and compliance with ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and AS9100.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management (or combination with engineering/product development management) in aerospace and/or defense.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace New Product Development (NPD) program.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading or managing people (direct or indirect).
  • •Experience managing $5M+ programs.
