Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Analytics Lead for the Stress testing team, partnering with business and finance stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions for strategic decisions.
  • •Execute balance sheet and financial metrics projections (e.g., Net Interest Income and net fee income) using quantitative techniques and analytical tools.
  • •Prepare MI templates, socialize results with group and regional stakeholders, and provide insightful commentaries on portfolio impacts.
  • •Respond to technically challenging regulatory and senior stakeholder requests for financial metrics projections using advanced quantitative techniques.
  • •Monitor regulatory developments and drive standardization, simplification, and automation of models and reporting deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in MBA or a bachelor’s in engineering / master’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or another numerical discipline with relevant analytics experience.
  • •7+ years (with Master’s) or 9+ years (with Bachelor’s) professional experience in financial services or consulting.
  • •Proven analytics experience in banking, including risk, stress testing, and forecasting (e.g., NII analytics, balance sheet forecasting, credit risk & Basel).
  • •Hands-on experience developing and deploying analytical, financial, statistical, and/or machine learning models.
  • •Strong financial modeling and advanced analytics tooling skills, including proficiency with SAS, SQL, R, Python, and Qlik Sense.
