Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end order timelines across various order types, maintaining real-time visibility of order status.
  • •Raise CADs and POs with manufacturers, review CAD files, calculate quotations, and coordinate with QC and logistics partners.
  • •Handle remakes, repairs, resizing, and order modifications, owning escalations end-to-end and documenting exceptions.
  • •Coordinate daily with CAD designers and partner factories to ensure structural integrity and manufacturing feasibility before mass production.
  • •Maintain digital inventory and technical specifications (including BOMs and CAD libraries) within ERP and marketplace platforms, and calculate accurate product costing.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in product development, production, or merchandising within fine jewellery manufacturing.
  • •In-depth technical understanding of gold/platinum metallurgy, diamond assorting, wax finishing, shrinkage, and international hallmarking standards.
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with Jewellery ERP software.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills with strong cross-functional communication and 100% ownership when interacting with global teams and vendor partners.
  • •Detail-oriented ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively flag and solve issues before they recur.
