Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications aligned to sprint goals and product vision.
  • •Collaborate with Dev teams to define test strategies and help ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • •Analyze commodity trading processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • •Participate in agile ceremonies and create process flows and functional documentation to support solution demos and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
