Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership of the Safe and Secure Team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and follow-up problem-solving.
  • •Partner with facility leadership and operational processes to support associate safety, site safety, site physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • •Manage reporting and processes for stolen vehicles, inventory/vehicle exceptions, and inquiries related to theft and fraud in coordination with HR and other departments.
  • •Oversee security controls at facility access points (including gate controls and card access), manage related technology infrastructure, and ensure timely badge issuance.
  • •Track and report KPIs and exception-based reporting, lead improvement plans and new-hire Safe and Secure training, and support implementation of EHS protocols across facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience directly supervising and managing a team.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with a data-driven, analytical approach.
  • •Experience implementing risk mitigation programs and investigating/resolving theft and fraud issues.
  • •OSHA program implementation experience in a distribution/warehousing/fulfillment environment; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
