Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning for a ground-up commercial real estate construction effort.
  • •Coordinate construction-related activities with the general contractor and architect/engineer, including interface with authorities having jurisdiction.
  • •Lead the Turner & Townsend site project team under the client’s direction and coordinate with external vendors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and the general contractor.
  • •Support design-phase services such as constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, risk identification/mitigation, baseline scheduling, and review of drawings against requirements.
  • •Provide construction-phase oversight through regular site visits and meetings, review schedules/submittals/RFIs, and support commissioning and handover to operations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of construction field experience.
  • •Degree in construction management (or equivalent) and OSHA certified.
  • •Expert-level proficiency using Microsoft tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple stakeholders, including the general contractor, and provide project/program status reports as required.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on site.
