•Ensure operational excellence for daily store procedures, including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
•Support the Store Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and the financial plan with an emphasis on employee engagement.
•Drive store process adoption, serve as a visible service leader during opening/closing, and help resolve customer concerns.
•Assess and strategize performance against KPI targets (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other measurable metrics).
•Support hiring, training, onboarding, staff coaching/development, and manage minor employee relations issues.

Salary: USD 24.45 - 40.4 hourly

•Able to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
•Must have reliable transportation; high school diploma or GED preferred.
