Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate daily store operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • •Act as store expert, ensure team is knowledgeable about products and usage scenarios, and maintain high standards of merchandising and stock management.
  • •Provide on-the-job training and feedback to teammates, driving skill development and improved customer service.
  • •Plan product trainings and pre-launch events, including fashion/merchandising guidance and customer engagement.
  • •Support store leadership in shift planning, handovers, and community activity support to enhance in-store experiences.
