Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform AMRS/APAC/EMEA T+1 trade reconciliation and fees reconciliation for Futures and Options and OTC clearing trades.
  • •Reconcile trades at the account level on T+1 and act as the owner for process-related controls.
  • •Quickly escalate system and connectivity issues to the tech team to minimize downtime of the reconciliation process.
  • •Handle internal and external queries (verbal or email) accurately and in a timely manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • •Identify process weaknesses and flag communication issues; partner with Reconciliation & Control and Client Services teams to resolve breaks.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • •At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Bank Operations, preferably in Futures & Options clearing, Reconciliation, Static Data Management, Trade Support, or Trade Settlement.
  • •Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as Trade Clearing, Settlement, GMI, Reconciliation, Static Data Management, or Trade Support.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work without immediate supervision while taking ownership of tasks.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience analyzing data and knowledge of general accounting (journal entries and account reconciliations) are preferred.
