Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
  • •Standardize and streamline processes with the goal of reducing complexity in CCs and other functions.
  • •Support cost reduction initiatives and profitability improvements through operational excellence practices.
  • •Support supply chain performance activities including demand planning, availability, inventory, and transportation.
  • •Support sourcing excellence (dual sourcing, regionalization, and vendor selection) and connect operational improvements with customer value.
