Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct annual and quarterly learning needs analyses using performance, operational, and guest satisfaction data, then translate findings into learning strategies.
  • •Lead the hotel’s annual Learning & Development plan and budget, aligning priorities to workforce planning, succession planning, and brand culture.
  • •Design, customize, and facilitate training programs; run competency-based assessments and deliver brand-standard onboarding.
  • •Manage learning compliance and track progress in the Learning Management System, including mandatory programs (e.g., health & safety, fire, cybersecurity, code of conduct).
  • •Build a learning culture by coaching Job Skills Coaches, supporting leaders with IDPs, and evaluating learning results using analytics and effectiveness frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •A good command of English and Turkish (verbal and written).
  • •Good experience in hotel operations.
  • •Experience in a luxurious hotel brand.
  • •Strong commercial/business acumen.
  • •Effectively communicates with all levels and provides leadership to translate vision into action.
