Learning and Development Manager

Design and implement learning strategies that build team member skills and improve operational efficiency. Lead annual and quarterly learning needs analysis, create the hotel’s Learning & Development plan and budget, and manage learning calendars. Deliver and facilitate training programs, ensure compliance through the Learning Management System, and use learning analytics to measure effectiveness (e.g., Kirkpatrick). Coach Job Skills Coaches and support leaders with Individual Development Plans and talent succession.
