Key Responsibilities

  • •Construct and iterate Golden Sets by curating long-tail, high-risk, complex edge cases to establish ground-truth data standards.
  • •Perform deep-dive analyses on high-risk, debated safety cases to identify misapplication patterns and risk evolution trends.
  • •Translate macro policies into logical, executable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
  • •Drive a closed-loop content safety data process by collaborating cross-functionally to identify vulnerabilities and improve human review quality and AI interception efficacy.
  • •Systematize content quality management methodologies and run daily QA mechanisms while tracking and attributing core data metrics to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in internet Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance (QA), AI data evaluation, or policy operations.
  • •Strong logical reasoning and the ability to synthesize insights from complex, ambiguous scenarios to identify root causes and deliver structured solutions.
  • •Professional working proficiency in English with extreme attention to detail and consistent standards.
  • •Japanese proficiency for daily liaison with the local Japan team and accurate business information communication.
  • •Highly self-motivated with ownership, able to operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment handling multiple parallel tasks.
