Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions. Maintain network architecture standards and technical documentation while evaluating new hardware/software and leading upgrades and migrations. Provide Tier 2/3 support with root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and on-call incident response. Build secure, compliant network security controls and integrate connectivity across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions.
•Develop and maintain network architecture standards, diagrams, and technical documentation.
•Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents/outages with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Ensure network availability, performance, and reliability using proactive monitoring and maintenance; participate in on-call incident response.
•Implement network security controls and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and support compliance/audit needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
•Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security technologies.
•Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, or similar enterprise platforms.
•Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical environments.
