Senior software/network engineer providing high-level, end-to-end support for NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking in AI clusters. You collaborate with R&D and customer teams to reproduce, triage, and resolve complex in-field issues, develop bug fixes, and contribute to core software while engaging with executives and customers during weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Reproduce, resolve, and root cause sophisticated customer issues for network and AI cluster support teams.
•Collaborate with NVIDIA R&D teams to rapidly develop bug fixes, workarounds, and solutions for customers using NVIDIA’s network technologies.
•Work directly with customer engineers on live triage of critical and high-profile issues.
•Become an authority in NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking used in AI clusters.
•Develop support and analysis tools to help analyze and root cause field issues; daily use of advanced AI tools for software development, log/trace analysis, and source code debugging; spend time within R&D to develop core software.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience in C, C++, Python, or Go
•5+ years of experience directly supporting end-customers, partners, or integrators for network equipment and infrastructures
•software development experience in the networking industry either for a network hardware manufacturer or software integrator
•Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering or related (or equivalent experience)
•Experience analyzing, developing, and debugging Linux NIC drivers, switch ASICs and SDKs, embedded network device firmware, or Linux-based network equipment (routers, switches, gateways, etc) and expert knowledge of Ethernet and IP routing
