Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate regional oversight of technology, cyber, AI, digital transformation, and operational risks across Allianz Asia Pacific.
  • •Coordinate OE digital risk management activities across the annual NFRM cycle to ensure alignment with OE, regional and Group requirements.
  • •Review and challenge OE risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, mitigation plans, and remedial actions with escalation as needed.
  • •Support development and implementation of risk governance frameworks, risk appetite, policies, and standards for technology, cyber, AI and operational risks.
  • •Provide independent risk oversight on material technology, cyber, AI and transformation initiatives, including Project Risk Assessments (PRAs), plus monitoring emerging risks and Responsible AI governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate university degree in IT, business administration, data science or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of experience in technology risk, IT audit, cyber security, AI & data governance, operational risk, internal audit, risk consulting or related areas.
  • •Experience performing risk assessments, control reviews, audits, or governance activities.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to challenge constructively.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including translating complex technology and risk topics into clear business insights.
