Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience to Lucid clients (internal and external)
  • •Transport vehicles and loaners for drive-related needs, including dropping off/picking up, bodyshop runs, and test charging at Electrify America stations
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested
  • •Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including support for check-in when needed
  • •Support technicians with basic repairs and assist the service department as needed (moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles)

Key Requirements

  • •18 years of age or older
  • •Basic automotive knowledge
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (with additional requirements for drivers under 21)
  • •Willingness to obtain forklift certification post-hire and complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire
