Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission marine products and systems on new-building ships, including systems primarily under BU HGS (e.g., boiler).
  • •Perform inspection, service, and troubleshooting tasks on product and systems.
  • •Conduct investigative activities related to commissioning and onboard service jobs.
  • •Train shipcrew and shipyard staff on commissioning and onboard voyage activities.
  • •Support sales efforts with quotations and searching for new customers and jobs.

Key Requirements

  • •Marine Engineering background with hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills.
  • •Degree in Electrical Marine Engineering or sailing experience as an Electrical Officer (acceptable).
  • •Prefer at least 3 years working as a Marine Engineer.
  • •Preferred knowledge of boiler systems, including mechanisms, control systems, and components.
  • •Fluent oral and written English; preferred coordination and planning experience for a mobile work force.
