Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage daily delivery activities to avoid incurring costs for the client and/or TG.
•Monitor delivery schedules to support timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
•Oversee allocation and use of delivery resources, including vehicles and personnel, and assist with the delivery budget.
•Address customer complaints and delivery-related issues, provide delivery status updates, and use customer feedback for service improvements.
•Supervise delivery personnel, provide training and support, conduct performance reviews, prepare delivery performance reports, maintain delivery records, and support safety and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
•Proficiency in logistics software and technology, including a valid UAE driving license.
