Ensure clean dishes and a sanitized kitchen for Brooklyn Bowl’s high-volume dining and culinary areas in the LINQ Promenade. Collect and wash kitchenware, load and unload dishwashing machines, and hand-wash delicate items. Maintain clean storage for dishes, glasses, and equipment, keep detergent and cleaning supplies stocked, and report any equipment issues. Follow company and safety standards while supporting coworkers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
