Job Summary

Join the BRIC team to protect TikTok and other ByteDance platforms by detecting fraudulent and violative behavior and safeguarding community authenticity. Build and deploy AI models using CV/NLP/sequence/graph techniques to identify risky users and content from large-scale data (images, videos, text, behaviors, and social relationships). Develop risk control solutions, analyze attack patterns, and collaborate across teams to improve platform health and security.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle business security issues across TikTok product lines and identify fraudulent users involved in pornography, fraud, gambling, and other violations.
•Use AI technologies (CV/NLP/sequence/graph models) to develop and deploy models that detect risky users and content.
•Analyze and mine data patterns to combat fraudulent users and establish a perception system for attacks.
•Proactively identify business risks and implement risk control solutions to safeguard the platform.
•Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build infrastructures, platforms, and technologies for community and business risk control.

Key Requirements

•In-depth research in one or more areas of CV/NLP/sequence/graph, including image/video classification, object detection, unsupervised or semi-supervised learning, text classification/mining, and sequence or graph modeling.
•Strong programming skills with one or more languages such as Python or C++, JAVA.
•Knowledge of big data processing technologies such as Hive, Spark, and Flink, and ability to learn and apply data architectures.
•Hands-on experience training and deploying deep learning models and applying algorithms to risk control, including verifying effectiveness.
•Excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving skills with a passion for solving challenging problems.
