  • •Develop tester specifications and test procedures; collaborate with suppliers on test equipment design and construction.

  • •Optimize new and existing testing processes and procedures, creating and deploying testing-related Standard Work and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Five years of experience designing, building, and operating production test equipment and software testing.
  • •Experience with statistical quality tools such as capability studies and gage R&Rs.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
