Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the financial lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects, reviewing GC pay applications (G702/G703), tracking budget vs. actuals, and maintaining CIP schedules.
  • •Apply US GAAP guidance including ASC 360, ASC 835, and ASC 606 as it relates to development fees and reimbursable arrangements.
  • •Identify opportunities to streamline Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report lifecycles for capital projects and manage OFCI equipment and lien waiver tracking.
  • •Review GMP and Development Management agreements, flag key clauses impacting project accounting such as retainage and shared savings provisions.
  • •Translate development agreement terms into actionable steps for Accounts Payable and Treasury; ensure proper system setup within Procore and the ERP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
  • •3+ years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.

  • •Strong contract review skills with the ability to identify key accounting implications from legal documentation.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, or equivalent ERP/construction management systems is a plus.
