Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Canvas Product and Engineering leaders to set end-to-end platform strategy for Admins and Educators.
•Oversee a team of designers focused on the Canvas product space.
•Provide feedback and direction on UX solutions, visual design, and UI to ensure high-quality work.
•Implement operational structures and best practices across Product Design, supporting an AI-first design workflow.
•Communicate and evangelize product vision, roadmap, and priorities; strengthen Budapest design culture through coaching and guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,800,000 - 2,400,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 10+ years designing for digital products with fluency in both UX/interaction design and UI/visual design.
•At least three years of managerial experience mentoring and coaching designers’ professional growth.
•Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to define product roadmap and strategy.
•A portfolio representing your and/or your team’s best UX and visual design work on complex digital products.
•Strong experience following AI-first design and development workflows, including leveraging AI tools (Claude Cowork).
