Quality Engineer

Support quality operations at the Mill Hall site by developing and implementing QMS procedures, work instructions, quality forms, and policies. Manage the non-conformance system through timely investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions. Coordinate ISO internal and external audits, schedule vendor laboratory calibrations, and ensure control chart support for customer inquiries. Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues and customer complaints while driving continuous QMS improvement projects.
